BENEFITS OF CORPORATE COOKING & fARMING CLASSES
BOND OVER GREAT FOOD
LEARNING THROUGH ACCOMPLISHING THE END GOAL
Many business leaders know the secret to achieving success begins with attempting to accomplish something firsthand.
Throwing your employees into a kitchen and asking them to prepare a meal will seem easy to some and extremely challenging to others. For those without prior cooking knowledge, it’s a great way to teach them a critical skill – the ability to learn through experience.
While our master chefs offer guidance, they also present intriguing curveballs to your company’s teams. Your employees will not only learn how to cook a meal but how to ask for help and how to adapt to their situation in real time to achieve success.
The best cook usually assumes leadership of a team, and even then, they know their success is dependent on the people working alongside them. They must trust their teammates to accomplish the tasks they assign them, and their teammates must learn how to take direction and even ask for help!
When it comes to teamwork and success, there’s a first time for everything.

LEARNING THROUGH EXPERIENCE
LEARNING THROUGH RESPECTING NATURAL TIMELINES & INTERRELATIONSHIPS
This is a way to go back to basics and rediscover what for our ancestors was everyday life, return to “human” times, listen to the rhythm imposed by nature and the processes related to it.

About the Programme:
On the farm, it's crucial to respect nature's rhythms and timelines—rushing or cutting corners often leads to nothing. Unlike other team-building settings, farming offers little flexibility for shortcuts; you can't grow wheat and make bread in an hour. Similarly, once a process begins, it must be seen through to its final step.
From an ecological perspective, farming highlights the importance of reusing materials. On the farm, nothing goes to waste: the byproduct of one process becomes the input for another. For instance, leftovers from agricultural production can be used as animal feed, while animals, in turn, provide fertilizer for the fields.
The ultimate test of team building lies in learning from nature’s way of stewarding principles and practices that counter the damage caused by excessive tillage, which has led to soil degradation and loss of biodiversity. Nature’s approach is simple, systemic, and effective. By improving soil health, enhancing water retention, and increasing nutrient availability, while preserving the underground biological structures formed by fungi, bacteria, and other microbes, significant above-ground benefits are realized. This results in reduced irrigation, fertilizer, and pesticide demands. These eco-friendly practices restore biodiversity, improve ecosystem health, and sequester more carbon from the atmosphere, helping to reduce global warming. Can you think of a better example of teamwork than that?
