Course Purpose:
- Sensitize farmers on the importance of ginger and turmeric
- Provide simple and practical steps on ginger production, including harvesting, curing and marketing.
Course Outcomes:
- Understanding the importance of ginger production
- Learning methods of production for small scale and large scale operations
- Mastering soil preparation, planting, watering frequency, crop management, harvesting, curing and marketing.
Course Duration:
- One day - 9 am to 3 pm
- Registration Starts: 8:30 AM
