Course Purpose:

• Sensitize farmers on the importance of ginger and turmeric
• Provide simple and practical steps on ginger production, including harvesting, curing and marketing.

1. Understanding the importance of ginger production
2. Learning methods of production for small scale and large scale operations
3. Mastering soil preparation, planting, watering frequency, crop management, harvesting, curing and marketing.
