Our instructor Chef William will teach you to master any cooking technique with ease. Himself a restaurant chef, in each lesson, you'll learn four dishes of starters, main course, sides and desserts. From knowing how to tell if your ingredients are fresh, to pick fresh ingredients for our MFK-Gardens Nursery and how to prepare them.

SCOPE: The course gives you tools to understand & enables you to go about preparing food that is simple to prepare yet full of flavour. The goal is to eventually become fully self-reliant and to offer The Studio participants an opportunity to harvest fresh herbs like lemongrass, chili, basil, and corriander.
TARGET: This course is suitable for foodies & cooking enthusiasts, housewives, housekeepers, untrained chefs, would-be caterers, beginners or newlyweds, preparing students going away to university or as part of corporate team-building activities, etc. ALL ARE WELCOME!

BEGINNGER CLASSES: LEARN TO COOK SERIES I
TOPICS COVERED: Classes cover basic cooking techniques i.e. Roasting, Stir Frying, Grilling, and Sautéing together with basic hygiene & basic table layout. Each class covers one type of meat and includes a three-course menu influenced by one of the five following cuisines: French (chicken), Italian (beef), Latin American (seafood), Indian (lamb) and Chinese (pork). - Gather your own group of ten friends, bridal parties or work-colleagues or your formal corporate bonding programmes or your spouse, one month before the scheduled date;
- Form your own class, select a date that works for the team, book with us, and;
- Complete your payment two weeks before the class start date.
- Your booking date is confirmed on payment.
Option #2: SELECT FROM PRE-SET DATES
- Select from pre-set dates set by the culinary education team.
- Visit our premises and observe us in operation.
- Complete your payment two weeks before the class start date.
- Your booking for our programmes is confirmed on payment.
- You will join others who have selected the same date as you. In the event of sessions that do not make up ten participants, the MFK office will reach you for the next available date for the module.
