With over twenty years international management experience, Ms Damodaran from Singapore, is proud to setup and introduce a food processing company in southern Africa.

The organisation is working towards
developing a home-grown  franchise brand in Botswana.  In building its market base, the company is focused on providing an edge to mainstream cuisines as it produces favourite foods from around the world, yet not available regionally.  The catering menu is both fun and eclectic as it integrates My Farmhouse Kitchens products with mainstream cuisines.

A dedicated culinary enthusiast and chef whose goal is to deliver top quality food and service to match both local and international standards.

Equipped with basic knowledge of French and Italian cuisine.  With vast knowledge on pasta, pizza and sauce making. 

Have worked on high pressure environment for functions like, weddings, dinners and parties.

Have worked with Sanman guesthouse (Windhoek Namibia) as budding  chef for a period of  9 months.  Went on on to be a private chef to the head of administration of the European union To Botswana and Zimbabwe where I hosted and catered for high ranking EU officials including Christmas parties, Europe day celebrations, dinners as well as their farewell parties for the span of seven  years.

Runs his own catering company Devyne treats which does training basic culinary training for individuals and lodges amongst many other culinary related operations.

Have worked with a 3-star rated lodge Zhove lodge in Zimbabwe as a freelance chef responsible for menu planning, kitchen organization and stuff training which was  a success and improves the food standards and service.

Also well versed in flavour pairing and sourcing of best ingredients to high quality meals without over spending and still achieve the set standard as well as meeting the set food cost to achieve a moderate profit percentage.

Well trained and informed on Food handling, safety and HACCP procedures.

A holder of  a diploma in culinary arts.and various certificates in culinary training with 10+ years in culinary business.

Currently holding a sous chef position and upgrading to climb the culinary arts ladder.

I specialize birthday cakes, wedding cakes  and creating recipes and pairing flavours to give our customers the best cake experience.

I have worked with different institutions and establishments in Botswana as a consultant and trainer.

Our baking School boasts of over 100 graduates from all walks of life who are in active business.
