​We are looking for franchisees for markets in Botswana and the region for our signature savoury products.

We have listed here four models by which you can choose to eventually become an MFK Franchisee selling up to a thousand pieces of each of the ten varieties of our savoury products per day seven times a week.  It is completely scalable depending on your capacity.

Commissions are 10% of profits (effective 3% of sales) per transaction.   The more frequent the better will your returns be.  For franchisees, price listings will be advised as per the retail prices listed by MFK.

Model 1:  MFK Ambassadors / Affiliate Marketers
For n
ovices and Sales Executives
This is an affiliate network of marketers or our ambassadors who act as our intermediary between our customers and us who create the products and services.  This is a long-term investment that will allow you to continue to reap benefits over time.  But you get to leverage our brand and also learn to build your entrepreneurial skills and self-confidence at the same time.

Steps to becoming a successful MFK Ambassador:
  1. Register your interest to be our Ambassador with us here: enquiries @farmhousekitchensbw.com and indicate your choice niche market that you will be a part of.  To register, provide your name and contact number.  These will serve as identifiers so that we may link clients and their orders to your detail and these will be used to determine the payout arrangements to you.
  2. Build a set of goals for yourself and time line.  Consider your financial needs and work the details.
  3. You can choose to do the outreach to your market segment in a variety of ways, including building your blog of our products and services, advertise on social media platforms or direct selling with the client or mass media advertising.  It is up to you.
  4. When meeting a potential new client, arrange meetings, invite them to Google our name and it will direct them to our website and map as well as our corporate profile.  If you have access to wi-fi, launch your presentation from here and you can present these information directly from your phone.  It is that easy!  Then add your personal touch.  Share our products and services we provide with them and the philosophy of our company.  More importantly, use your unique voice to  assure them of our quality based on your personal experiences of our products and services.  They will hear you.
  5. Register each contact you make, here.  This way we will confirm with you that the client is not already registered with another Ambassador or as need be sort through the issues early and amicably.  Otherwise, the client organization will be tagged against your detail and all payments will be accrued to you.
  6. Direct any request for quotes by your client to the MFK office at enquiries @farmhousekitchensbw.com.  Consider these requests begin three to four weeks before the delivery date so that we may manage several orders at the same time.
  7. Follow through on their requests for quote till the order is placed and act as the go-between us and the client till the service is completed.  Ensure all payments are received two weeks ahead of the delivery date for order placement confirmation.
  8. Continue the follow-through after each order for the client feedback about our service to them.
  9. Enquire and track further events and orders and line them up.  Use the experience you have gained with each client to develop your skills and to continue to build your clientèle base.
  10. Payments for each order will be made out within two weeks of the order completion for each order that your client places with us.  MLM (multi-level-marketing) activities are strictly not allowed in our enterprise.  Instead work step-by-step towards achieving your goal!

Congratulations!  You are now well on your way to developing yourself as our franchisee in the not so distant future.

Model 2:  MFK Product Distributors
Advanced Beginners or via the urban cafes
Are you looking to supplement your income?

We shall train you the final steps of the assembly of the curry puffs, monitor the quality of the final production in a series of practice sessions and if you pass the standards set, you shall have exclusive rights to sell our products directly as a street vendor or as a suburban tuckshop vendor or include them as part of your catering menu to your or our customer base under our brand name.  We shall provide you with all of the raw materials you need to complete the final step.  You pick, assemble, fry and you sell.  It is that easy.

Products types available:  Potato Curry with Chicken and Beef Thai Style BBQ only.


Model 3:  MFK Fast Food Kiosk (within city centres/ squares)
Advanced Marketer and Operator
As the owner of a food kiosk within an established mall, you can be assured of clients who want good tasting food-on-the-go without the need for the frills of a sit-down experience.  Our experience with pop-up stalls in the malls is, we sell nothing short of 2K pula in two hours and a growing steady following.  You would enjoy most of the benefits that our franchisees enjoy.  An initial royalty fee will be a prerequisite .

Products types available:  You would carry all of our products from the Savoury Kitchens including our signature product the curry puffs in all its flavours, as well as leading products from the Sweets Kitchens.


Model 4:  A fully-fledged MFK Cafe Franchisee
Proficient Marketer and Operator
Restaurant Royalty Fee:  4 million pula
Kiosk Royalty Fee:  1 million pula

  4. Start-up Support:  Our franchise team will offer expert advice and training from site selection, outlet design and construction to official launch of business.
  5. On-going Support:  Members of our experienced team will visit regularly to review your franchise business, assist in problem-solving, render advice on operations plus provide on-going training.
  6. Operations Manuals:  Comprehensive manuals incorporating proven operating systems and processes will provide total guidance, from A to Z.
  7. Research & Development:  Enjoy our delicious products today and tomorrow. My Farmhouse Kitchens' R&D programme will continue to create exciting, new hot snacks for our consumers.
  8. ​Marketing Communications:  Benefit from our extensive experience covering brand strategy, advertising, promotions, public relations and event management. In addition, we will provide various advertising & promotions materials to support your marketing campaigns.

1. Have logistics supply network including cold room, warehousing and delivery services.
2. Share our values for product quality and food hygiene. 
3. Possess an entrepreneurial spirit and ideally with a proven track record in business. 
4. Preferably have experience in retail, food & beverage or hospitality.
