Afternoon Tea Menu

In each country, tea is served in its own unique way, but it is always served with the intention of taking time to enjoy your friends and loved ones or for entertaining business clients.  An Afternoon Tea is suitable for many celebrations!  Both men and women enjoy afternoon tea all around the globe, so why not enjoy this ageless tradition yourself?

French sparkling wine is poured on arrival, with petite savoury pastries, elegant ribbon sandwiches and a trio of exquisite seasonal patisserie served on a three tiered stand. Following this are our signature vanilla & sultana scones, accompanied by housemade strawberry jam, double cream and your choice of one of our 11 specialty teas or coffee.

On weekends, we offer a dessert buffet, with an array of French pastries, cakes, a milk and dark chocolate fountain, and crepes.

Our selection of Themed Afternoon Tea Menus can be found below. Our Afternoon Teas are available by reservation only and fill up very quickly so call early to reserve your space!

One Sunday each month we offer a themed Afternoon Tea service from 2:00 – 6:00 pm. These events include a wide variety of quality imported teas and delicious tea sandwiches, breads, and desserts. The tea service features trained servers and our porcelain teapots and china, linens, and silver.

TEA SELECTION

MFK FRESHLY BREWED HIBISCUS FLOWER TEA
My favourite part of brewing a pot of hibiscus tea at home is the colour of course. It has a gorgeous deep pink hue that’s hard to beat.  Hibiscus tea has a ton of benefits. Hibiscus tea has been known to prevent hypertension, lower blood pressure, reduce blood sugar levels, keep your liver healthy, help with menstrual cramps, help with depression, aid digestion and help with weight management.  Its rich in Vitamin C, contains minerals such as  flavonoids and has laxative properties.  And it tastes delicious!

Served with home-made mint and lemon
sugar cubes, hot milk and cream

ENGLISH DARJEELING
From May onwards, the famed Darjeeling summer teas are produced with succulent leaves and a sprinkling of silvery tips.


EARL GREY
Defines how Earl Grey should taste. Made from a base of exceptional whole leaf Ceylon scented with bergamot and sprinkled with cornflowers to create a tea that delights all the senses.

ROOIBOS
High in anti-oxidants and caffeine free, for many people this herbal tea offers a great combination of health and flavour.


CHAMOMILE
Fresh Chamomile flowers, cleansing and intensely enjoyable to drink. Chamomile tea is often said to be helpful as a muscle relaxant.


JACOB'S COFFEE
Jacobs gives people an uplifting sense of their own possibility. The Jacobs Magic Aroma has a special power to stir the soul. To make any moment bigger, better and brighter.
