With over twenty years international management experience, Ms Damodaran from Singapore, is proud to setup and introduce a food processing company in southern Africa.

The organisation is working towards
developing a home-grown  franchise brand in Botswana.  In building its market base, the company is focused on providing an edge to mainstream cuisines as it produces favourite foods from around the world, yet not available regionally.  The catering menu is both fun and eclectic as it integrates My Farmhouse Kitchens products with mainstream cuisines.

A staunch believer of mystery shopping baskets, Chef Makore is best motivated when creating menus from simple quality ingredients.  With over twenty years culinary experience under his belt, he has inspired chefs and restaurant patrons become health-conscious in their eating habits. 

Has changed loss-making kitchens into profit-making enterprises through thorough menu ingenuity techniques.  Have had stints with Mount Clare Casino Hotel, the Wise Owl motel, The Coach House Inn and Protea Hotel Flamboyant in Zimbabwe.

Also had stints with Motse Lodge in Kanye and Lore's Kitchen in Gaborone specializing in Mediterranean and Setswana cuisines.
