WELCOME MESSAGE:
Pinnacle Foods is pleased to welcome all participants who have registered to join our Studio MFK at our head office and kitchen.  This is to confirm our workshop programme.

TIME OF REGISTRATION:
All participants shall report to the Head Office half hour before the start of your session.

PAYMENT FEES:

PRE-SESSION PREPARATION:

1. Preview opening notes before the session here: The essential skills of baking.
2. Be familiar with the scope and order of the workshop programme.
3. Your lecturer is Joylene of Cakes by Joylene.
4. Read the material ahead and prepare to participate in the quizzes, discussions and debates with others on the team. 
5. Come prepared with questions.
6. Bring your notebook.  The lecturer believes that when you write your own notes, you remember the recipes better.
7. Bring your smartphone to take notes and pictures.
8. Please ensure your phone is on silent while on the programme.
9. Bring your apron.  Wear flat shoes.
10. Brunch and drinks buffet are provided.

PARKING INSTRUCTIONS:
Park your car at the carparks provided by the front of the building.   Press the doorbell by the gate to let us know you are here.  We shall assist you.

HOW TO FORM YOUR OWN CLASS:

STEP 1:  choose your date

Option #1: 

1. Gather your own group of ten friends, corporate team members or your team of farm-hands one month before the scheduled date;
2. Or form your own class, select a scheduled date, book with us, and;
3. Complete your payment two weeks before the class start date.
4. Your booking date is confirmed on payment.

Option #2:

1. Select from pre-set dates set by the culinary education team.
2. Complete your payment two weeks before the class start date.
3. Your booking for our programmes is confirmed on payment.
4. You will join others who have selected the same date as you.  In the event of sessions that do not make up ten participants, the MFK office will reach you for the next available date for the module.

step 2:  pay your fees

• My Farmhouse Kitchens will NOT collect payments in the form of cheques at any time.
• Clients are responsible to make near or exact cash available by the time of the final payment.
• Our preferred mode of payment is electronic banking.   See details below.
