2022 MARKED THE YEAR OF MANY FIRSTS FOR PINNACLE FOODS

• Completed design in January of computerised accounting system that now makes BURS submissions a breeze.
• We began seedling production in our brand new greenhouse in February.
• We listed and launched ready to eat curry puffs on Yamee in May.
• We launched regenerative farming workshops in June.
• The Voice fed a 2 page interview in July covering our developments to-date.
• We reached full capacity seedling production in the greenhouse in July.
• We expanded our debut Yamee menu list in Sep and again in Dec to include more options such as samosas and spring rolls.  We shall be including confectionary in the new year.
• Relocation efforts were completed including adding four new covered areas on the premises including a brand new outdoor kitchen in November called Studio MFK, that cooks, grills and fries.  It is nestled in our beautiful nursery.  A sheer delight to the eyes and the ears as you enjoy learning to cook.
• We designed and promoted the Christmas cooking class in December.
• And now making sales pitches on our team building programmes for corporates and working at introducing up to six new cooking classes (including baking and asian coooking) in the new year 2023.
