At The Culinary Studio MFK, we are happy to announce that with our resident Chef Trainers, we have overhauled the format and content of our Learn to Cook and Learn to Bake series. This is to expand the choice of cooking lessons we bring to our learners. Both our chefs are looking forward to the changes made. The changes mean more choices without committing more time, except when you make that choice. The program continues to target at the busy executive who has developed the palate and enthusiasm for culinary art skills that chefs boast about. Of course, with our resident restaurant chefs, be assured that they will delight and inspire any aspiring chef and baker. Our new cooking classes: So, check out our five new Learn to Cook cooking with Mediterranean, continental, Mexican, Korean Chinese and Indian flavours included on the menus. All Learn to Cook series participants learn a full menu with appetizers, main course, sides, and dessert. Our new baking classes: BEGINNERS: Learn to make biscuits Learn to make light breads (scones and muffins) CAKE CLASSES: Learn to make no-fat / unshortened cakes (foam, sponge & meringue cakes) Learn to do butter / shortened cakes & and cupcakes (butter & pound cakes) & and work with whipped cream Learn to dress your cake with buttercream (bring your cake) Learn to dress your cake with fondant (bring your cake) Learn to make gum-paste flowers.
